Polywood Furniture - Did not honor order and ignored emails and phone calls
They did not ship my order.They promised to ship within 3-5 days.
On day 7, when I emailed and called to find out what happened, they ignored my phone calls and emails. By day 15, they were still ignoring me. I needed to get my credit card refunded. When I finally reached someone, they were incredibly rude.
I'm on day 18 and my credit card STILL has not been refunded. I am filing a claim with my CC company and the Better Business Bureau.
I would NEVER do business with this place again.They are the worst online business I have ever encountered.
Monetary Loss: $700.
