Similar to what many have written here. Impossible to get a customer service rep on the phone.

Very limited customer service hours.

Extremely slow response time to inquiries (days not hours). And then when you follow their exact directions huge "hidden" fees deducted from returns.

This is multiple locations, websites? From what I can see on one of the "supporting" documents, the return policy is clearly posted unless this is some sort of hidden page but then how was it seen? I'm not one for airing dirty laundry but at least get your grievance posted to the correct company.
